The quality and precision requirements of mechanically treated lenses are significantly higher than those obtained by hot pressing, which guarantees high lighting performance for modern lighting systems.

Technical requirements:

• Class of purity VII;
• Aspherical surface — parabola;
• Cutoff line — clear without color shades;
• In the marginal zone a level shade of blue-violet color is allowed;
• Illumination in the shadow central zone HV <0.3 lux, central light zone> 27 lux, in the outer light zone> 8 lux.
